Our specialists give every client careful, detailed attention. We always aim to run on schedule, and we kindly ask for your patience if there are slight delays — quality comes first.
Payment policy
- A non-refundable booking deposit (the amount shown at checkout) is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment.
- You can pay that deposit today and settle the rest at the salon, or pay the full booking total online. You cannot choose a custom amount.
- Your deposit is credited toward your final bill when you attend as booked.
Cancellations / no-shows
Please value our time as we value yours.
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
- Clients arriving 30 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show; 50% of the service fee may be required.
- Booking deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable when notice rules are not met.
