Important information
Please read before booking. These notes apply to our hair and makeup studios — deposit, prep, cancellations, and out-of-hours fees.

Our specialists give every client careful, detailed attention. We always aim to run on schedule, and we kindly ask for your patience if there are slight delays — quality comes first.
Before your appointment
Please come prepared with:
- Your desired hairstyle reference photos.
- Any required hair extensions (if applicable) — we no longer supply extensions.
- Clean, blow-dried hair.
Hair preparation
To achieve the best results, clients with natural hair should arrive with freshly washed and thoroughly blow-dried hair. Proper preparation allows for a neater finish, better grip, and a more comfortable styling experience.
Extensions
- Please bring your own pre-stretched extensions when your style requires them.
- Pre-stretched Expression-style extensions are accepted for most braid lengths.
- For Boho / Goddess braids using premium human hair, message us before booking — hair is ordered per client and can take around 2 weeks.
Payment policy
- A non-refundable £30 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment.
- Please do not pay the full balance online. The remaining amount is due after your service — cash or bank transfer at the salon.
- Your deposit is credited toward your final bill when you attend as booked.
Cancellations / no-shows
Please value our time as we value yours.
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
- Clients arriving 30 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show; 50% of the service fee may be required.
- Booking deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable when notice rules are not met.
Out of hours
Appointments outside regular working hours are available on request and may include additional fees:
- Early morning, late evening, or emergency appointments: +£25
- Sunday appointments: +£30 (from 3:00pm)
- Bank holiday appointments: +£25 (subject to availability)
Appointment breaks
A 30-minute break is scheduled during longer appointments so both you and your specialist can rest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
